Sonaura Signs Power Purchase Agreement With Bentley Motors To Supply Renewable Energy To Crewe Manufacturing Site

Sonaura, a private-wire renewable energy company, has announced a new Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Bentley Motors to supply renewable electricity directly to the company’s UK manufacturing headquarters in Crewe.Under this agreement, Sonaura will develop and operate a 7 MW solar project, subject to the necessary planning and regulatory approvals.

The project will deliver clean electricity directly to Bentley’s manufacturing site through a private wire connection, meaning the energy will be used on-site without passing through the public grid.
