KEC International Ltd., an RPG Group company, has secured new orders worth ₹1,303 crore across its Transmission & Distribution (T&D), Civil, Renewables, and Cables & Conductors businesses, further strengthening its project portfolio across India and international markets.
In the Transmission & Distribution segment, the company secured orders for 400/220 kV substations and associated transmission lines from a reputed private developer in Southern India. Under its Civil business, KEC International Ltd. secured an order for the construction of a press shop and related facilities for an automobile manufacturing plant in Northern India from a leading client in the automotive sector.
The company’s Renewables business further strengthened its wind EPC portfolio by securing an order for a 150+ MW wind power project in Western India from a prominent private developer.
Additionally, the Cables & Conductors segment secured multiple orders across domestic and overseas markets, contributing to the company’s diversified order inflow.
Commenting on the development, Vimal Kejriwal, MD & CEO of KEC International Ltd., said the company is encouraged by the strong order wins across businesses in India. He noted that the T&D business has significantly strengthened its domestic order book through repeat business from an existing private client, while the Civil business has expanded its presence in the automobile sector by adding a marquee automobile manufacturer to its portfolio.
He further added that the Renewables business continues to strengthen its wind EPC presence through successive project wins, and these strategic orders are expected to play a key role in driving the company’s future growth trajectory.
