Advait Energy Transitions Limited, formerly known as Advait Infratech Limited, has secured a major renewable energy project through its material subsidiary, Advait Greenergy Private Limited. The company disclosed the development to the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited on August 18, 2026.
The contract was awarded to Advait Greenergy by KPI Green Energy Limited on August 17, 2026, as part of its regular business operations. Under the agreement, Advait Greenergy will undertake a turnkey Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract for a 200 MW Solar Ground Mounted HSAT 33 KV project in Bikaner, Rajasthan.
The project covers a comprehensive range of activities, including engineering and design, supply of equipment and materials, associated services, testing, and final commissioning of the solar power facility. The contract has a total consideration of ₹116 crore, excluding applicable taxes.
According to the company’s regulatory disclosure, Advait Greenergy is required to complete the project, including all contractual obligations, testing and commissioning activities, within 12 months from the applicable commencement of the contract.
The company also clarified that the transaction is not a related party transaction. Neither Advait Energy Transitions’ promoters, promoter group, nor group companies have any interest in KPI Green Energy Limited. The contract was therefore awarded through normal commercial business operations without any related-party involvement.
The disclosure was submitted in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, along with applicable SEBI circular requirements. The filing was signed by Deepa Fernandes, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Advait Energy Transitions Limited.
The latest order strengthens Advait Energy Transitions’ presence in India’s rapidly expanding renewable energy infrastructure sector. The 200 MW project adds to the company’s growing portfolio of solar EPC assignments and highlights its expanding role in the execution of large-scale renewable energy projects.
With India continuing to accelerate solar capacity additions and investments in renewable power infrastructure, projects such as this are expected to create further opportunities for engineering and EPC companies. Advait Energy Transitions’ latest contract also reflects the increasing demand for turnkey solutions covering the complete development cycle of utility-scale solar projects.
