Cochin Port Trust floated a tender for setting up a 350 kWp grid connected rooftop solar Pv project on various buildings of Cochin Port Trust.
A pre-bid Meeting is scheduled on 23/07/2020 at 11:00 hrs.Last date for bid submission is on 05/08/2020 at 15.00 hrs.
The location for this project is Kerala and Tender Value is Rs. 1,57,50,000.
To participate in this tender the bidders must have the experience of having successfully completed works involving Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning, Operation & Maintenance of Solar Power Plants during the last 7 years. Bidders should have comminiosed of one completed work costing not less than Rs.1,26,00,000/- or Two completed works, each single contrast costing not less than Rs.78.75,000/- or Three completed works, each single contrast costing not less than Rs.63,00,000/-.
The Average annual financial turnover of the bidder during the last three financial years must be Rs.47,25,000/- .The tenderer shall also hold valid “A-Class” license or should have a tie-up with a firm having “A-Class” license.

In May, Cochin Port Trust floated tender under single stage 2 cover system to solar Power Developers for Setting up or 1.50 MWp (0.75 MW x 2) Grid Connected Floating Solar Power Projects at Backwaters near CoPT’s walkway avenue between BOT junction and Kannangau bridge at W/island. Cochin, Kerala under Competitive Bidding process.It includes Operation & Maintenance (O & M) of the project for a period of 25 years under RE CO Model ( BOOT) after Operational Acceptance.
