NTPC Limited Tenders for 500 KW of PV Modules at Port Blair

NTPC invites online bids on Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding basis “Supply of 500 KW of Solar PV Modules at NTPC Port Blair Solar PV Plant, A& N Islands”.

The brief scope of work under this package includes Supply of 500 KW of Solar PV Modules at NTPC Port Blair Solar PV Plant, A & N Islands as detailed in the scope of work, Terms and Conditions and BOQ given in the Bidding Documents.

Tender Fee is INR 2,655.00 Inclusive of GST. EMD amount is INR 2,00,000/- and the Completion period is of 04 months s from Date of Award.

The last date to submit a proposal is 6 July, 2022.

The bidder who wishes to participate in the bidding shall meet the Qualifying Requirements stipulated. The bidder should have manufactured and supplied Solar Photo Voltaic (SPV) Modules of cumulative capacity of 400 KWp or above, out of which at least one such supply order should be for 100 KWp or above capacity. The reference plant of 100 KWp or above capacity must have been in operation for at least six months prior to the date of techno-commercial bid opening.
OR The bidder should be Group Company/Holding Company or Subsidiary company of the module manufacturer meeting the requirements of Clause 1.1 above. In such a case, bidder shall furnish a letter of Undertaking jointly executed by the module manufacturer and the bidder at the time of submission of techno-commercial bid as per format enclosed in the bidding document.

The reference supply order of minimum capacity of 50 KWp or above only shall be considered for cumulative capacity determination.

The Average Annual Turnover of the Bidder, should not be less than Rs. 124 Lakh during the preceding three completed financial years as on the date of Techno-Commercial bid opening.

Recently, NTPC Renewable Energy (NTPC Renewables) has issued a call for bids for a 500 MW STU-connected solar project in Bhadla, Rajasthan, for the balance of system (BoS) package, which excludes transmission system and land.
