Gujarat State Electricity Corporation Ltd (GSECL) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for Consultancy Service for “Rate contract for feasibility study, preparation of DFR/DPR and providing Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services for setting up of the Floating Solar Plant at various Locations by GSECL for two year.
Last Date for On-line Bid Submission is up to 16:00 hr on 23/09/2022
Non-Refundable Tender Fee is Rs. 10,000/- + 18% GST; Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) Rs. 5,20,000/-
The tenderer should have experience of having Consultancy Services satisfactorily for feasibility study and preparation of DFR/DPR of Floating Solar and providing Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services for setting up of the Floating Solar Plant and the tenderers should be well aware of the problems likely to be encountered in executing Floating Solar Projects.
The firm (the tenderer and/or their parent company) having total last three year turnover of about Minimum of INR 600 lacs (Indian Rupees Six Hundred Lacs).
Bidder has to submit the Audited Annual Report with complete financial details for last 03 financial years (2019-20, 2020-21 and 2021-22) with notarized certificate of Registered Chartered Accountant. In case, the turnover is in other than INR, the rate equivalent to INR of Technical Bid Opening Date will be considered for turnover evaluation.
