Assam Power Distribution Company Limited (APDCL) is seeking proposals for a solar power project to be developed in Assam under the BOO (Build-Own-Operate) model. The project will be connected to the grid and will have a capacity of 200 MW. The bidding process will be a tariff-based competitive process followed by a reverse auction.
The pre-bid meeting will be held on February 28, 2023, at 2:00 PM, while the deadline for bid submission is March 14, 2023, at 2:00 PM. The bids will be opened on March 16, 2023, at 2:00 PM.
The ceiling tariff for the project is Rs 4.00 per unit, and the cost of the Request for Selection (RFS) document is Rs 29,500. The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) required is Rs 8.06 lakh per MW.
