The Governing Board of the Inca City Council in the Balearic Islands has initiated a tender for the execution and commissioning of a project aimed at installing a new photovoltaic pergola and reorganizing access to the Municipal Sports Palace.
With a total budget of 732,498 euros, the project aims to address the current precarious and degraded entrance to the pavilion. The intervention seeks to revitalize this significant area of the building by enhancing its main entrance to provide greater presence and visibility.
The proposed project involves the installation of a 254-square-meter exterior pergola, equipped with photovoltaic modules, to cover the entrance platform. This addition will create a shaded and covered space for the cafรฉ terrace and building access, improving functionality and accessibility.
According to the tender document, the project falls within the framework of the PRTR, financed by the EU’s NextGeneration EU program under Axis 2 (Improvement of energy efficiency). The initiative is part of the Call for Direct Subsidies to the Inca City Council for the execution of actions outlined in the PSTD 2023.
Interested parties have until June 18 to submit their offers, with the project works expected to be completed within a 10-month period.
