ASRY Showcases Maritime Leadership at ADIPEC 2024, Focusing on Energy Efficiency, AI, and Strategic Partnerships

The Arab Shipbuilding and Repair Yard Company (ASRY) has successfully concluded its participation in the 40th edition of the Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference (ADIPEC 2024), one of the largest gatherings in the global energy sector, held in the UAE capital.

Founded in 1977 and headquartered in Bahrain, ASRY is the Arabian Gulfโ€™s most experienced maritime repair and fabrication facility, specializing in ship repair, rig repair, naval repair, and the fabrication of industrial components for both onshore and offshore sectors.

Speaking at the event, ASRY CEO Dr. Ahmed AlAbri highlighted the significance of ADIPEC as an essential platform for fostering international business connections, expanding strategic partnerships, and promoting the exchange of industry insights. He emphasized that these efforts contribute to a sustainable industrial future, in line with technological advancements in the energy sector.

ADIPEC 2024 attracted key industry players from the maritime, oil, gas, and energy sectors, offering a unique opportunity for professionals to discuss the future of energy in the region and explore sustainable alternatives. Dr. AlAbri noted that ASRYโ€™s participation allowed the company to collaborate with major institutions, particularly focusing on initiatives aimed at enhancing energy efficiency within maritime industries.

During the event, ASRY signed cooperation agreements with Mack Services FZ and Beinit Energy Group Services. These agreements are aimed at strengthening both commercial and technical collaborations, attracting significant marine and engineering projects, and further consolidating ASRY’s position as a leading global maritime and industrial hub.
