AMEA Power, Kyuden International Sign MoU to Drive Renewable Energy and Hydrogen Development

AMEA Power inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Kyuden International Corporation, a subsidiary of Japan’s Kyuden Group. Together, the companies will develop renewable energy and green hydrogen projects to support decarbonization, energy resilience, and inclusive economic growth across important markets.

The MoU sets out a framework for cooperation between the two companies to propel large- scale clean energy projects. These will bring together AMEA Power’s proven expertise and track-record and Kyuden International’s cutting-edge technological capabilities. Speaking about this, Hussain Al Nowais, Chairman of AMEA Power, said, “This partnership with Kyuden International marks an important step in AMEA Power’s journey to lead the energy transition in the regions we are present.
