Advait Energy Transitions Secures ₹152.25 Crore Turnkey Contracts From PGVCL For Power Network Upgrades In Bhavnagar And Amreli Circles

Advait Energy Transitions Limited, also known as Advait Infratech Ltd, has secured two turnkey contracts from Paschim Gujarat Vij Company Ltd (PGVCL), together valued at ₹152.25 crore. The first order, worth ₹80.55 crore, is for the supply and installation of 11 KV Medium Voltage Covered Conductors (MVCC) aimed at strengthening the power distribution network in PGVCL’s Bhavnagar Circle. The second order, amounting to ₹71.70 crore, involves a similar MVCC project for the Amreli Circle. Both projects were awarded under the System Improvement Scheme on September 1, 2025, with a completion period of 12 months.

Advait Energy Transitions has established itself as a significant player in power transmission, substations, and telecommunication infrastructure, with proven expertise in executing turnkey projects and delivering specialized products. Over the past few years, the company has demonstrated strong financial growth and operational expansion. It currently commands a market capitalization of more than ₹2,000 crore, supported by a robust three-year stock price compound annual growth rate of 150 percent.

In terms of financial performance, the company reported a 99 percent rise in net sales in the first quarter of FY26, reaching ₹118.43 crore, while net profit increased 67 percent to ₹8.93 crore compared to the same period in FY25. For the full year FY25, net sales rose 91 percent to ₹399 crore, and net profit climbed 45 percent to ₹32 crore over FY24. The company’s order book remains strong at ₹757 crore, including L1 orders.

Investor confidence in Advait Energy Transitions has also been noteworthy. On June 11, 2025, veteran investor Vijay Kedia, through Kedia Securities Pvt Ltd, purchased one lakh shares at a price of ₹1,725 per share, amounting to ₹17.25 crore. Fellow investor Ashish Kacholia holds 2,88,185 shares, representing a 2.67 percent stake in the company, which he acquired through a preferential issue at ₹1,388 per share for a total investment of ₹40 crore.

The company’s stock has delivered exceptional returns, with a return on equity of 22 percent and a return on capital employed of 28 percent. Over the last two years, the shares have generated returns of 340 percent, and in the last three years, an impressive 660 percent, cementing its position as a strong multibagger in the market.
