Vikram Solar Limited has entered into a solar cell supply agreement with Evervolt Solar Technology India Private Limited for the procurement of 130 MW of Mono-PERC 10BB Domestic Content Requirement (DCR)-compliant solar cells, strengthening its domestic module manufacturing capabilities. The company disclosed the development in a regulatory filing to the stock exchanges.
Under the agreement signed on July 8, 2026, Evervolt Solar Technology India Private Limited, formerly known as CETC Renewable Energy Technology India Pvt. Ltd., will supply the solar cells over the period from July 2026 to March 2027. The cells will be used to support Vikram Solar’s domestic solar module manufacturing operations.
The agreement covers the supply of 130 MW of Mono-PERC 10BB DCR-compliant crystalline solar cells. According to the company, the transaction is not a related-party transaction and does not involve any special rights such as board representation, share subscription rights, or restrictions on capital structure.
Vikram Solar stated that the agreement aligns with its manufacturing requirements for the domestic market and has been executed as part of its ongoing procurement strategy. The company also confirmed that there is no shareholding relationship between the parties involved.
The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, following the execution of the agreement.
