Inox Wind Secures 100 MW Turnkey Order from Indian Oil Corporation

Inox Wind Limited (IWL) has secured a 100 MW turnkey order from Indian Oil Corporation Limited (Indian Oil), India’s largest oil marketing company, strengthening its presence in the country’s growing wind energy market.

The order will be executed on a turnkey basis and includes post-commissioning operations and maintenance (O&M) services. Under the contract, Inox Wind will undertake the end-to-end execution of the project, including the supply of wind turbine generators (WTGs), engineering, procurement and construction (EPC), project execution and long-term O&M.

The order further expands Inox Wind’s diversified customer base, which includes commercial and industrial (C&I) customers, public sector undertakings (PSUs) and independent power producers (IPPs).

According to the company, the contract reinforces its position as an integrated wind energy solutions provider with capabilities covering the complete project lifecycle, from turbine supply and project development to EPC execution and long-term O&M services.

Kailash Tarachandani, Group CEO, Renewables Business, INOXGFL Group, said the company was pleased to secure the 100 MW repeat order from Indian Oil and described it as a reflection of the confidence placed by leading institutional customers in Inox Wind’s integrated capabilities and execution track record.

He added that India’s renewable energy transition is creating significant opportunities for wind power as large enterprises and public sector organisations increasingly seek reliable partners capable of delivering projects efficiently.

Inox Wind said it will continue to leverage its technology, manufacturing and project execution capabilities to deliver wind energy projects while supporting India’s clean energy ambitions.
