ACME Solar Holdings Limited has incorporated a new wholly owned subsidiary, ACME Greentech Twenty Nine Private Limited, to support its activities in the power generation and renewable energy sector. The company disclosed the development through a regulatory filing submitted to BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India on September 19, 2026.
ACME Greentech Twenty Nine Private Limited was incorporated on September 18, 2026, with its registered office in Gurugram, Haryana. The newly established company will focus on the development, establishment, operation, and maintenance of power generation projects, including renewable energy projects.
The subsidiary is fully owned by ACME Solar Holdings Limited. As part of the incorporation, ACME Solar subscribed to 10,000 equity shares of the new company. Each share has a face value of ₹10, resulting in an initial equity subscription of ₹1 lakh. The investment was made through cash consideration, giving ACME Solar 100% ownership of the subsidiary.
According to the disclosure, the incorporation did not require any specific approval from the government or other regulatory authorities. The newly created entity is expected to provide a dedicated corporate structure for undertaking future power generation and renewable energy activities.
The formation of ACME Greentech Twenty Nine Private Limited adds another subsidiary to ACME Solar’s corporate structure as the company continues to expand its renewable energy business. Establishing project-specific or specialized subsidiaries can enable companies to separately manage development, investment, ownership, and operations associated with individual renewable energy initiatives.
The disclosure was submitted by Rajesh Sodhi, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of ACME Solar Holdings Limited, under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The incorporation comes as ACME Solar continues to build its presence across India’s renewable energy sector and develop additional platforms for future clean energy projects.
