Energie Développement, a joint venture formed in equal parts between Amarenco and Total Quadran, announces the implementation of a €40 million Revolving Credit Facility and confirms its ambition to remain the leader in the solar buildings sector.
This operation, set up for a three-year period, will provide liquidity and flexibility in the construction of the numerous winning power plants during the lastest tenders on buildings, greenhouses, agricultural hangars and solar carparks, for a total capacity of 40 MWc.
The structuring of this facility, arranged by Crédit Agricole Languedoc, with the participation of Crédit Agricole Toulouse 31, Crédit Agricole Aquitaine, Société Marseillaise de Crédit, and CIC Sud-Ouest, once again demonstrates the confidence of the financial partners in the future of Energie Développement, a Total Quadran/Amarenco joint venture.
On the occasion of this operation, Olivier Carré, CEO of Amarenco France and Thierry Muller, CEO of Total Quadran, declared “We are delighted with the implementation of this tool and with the confidence that our financial partners have placed in us in the current context. This financing tool reinforces our willingness to continue to develop appropriate solutions to support the development of photovoltaic power generation in the commercial and industrial sectors”.
