Mascot Dynamics Integrates Amrut Energy to Accelerate Growth in India’s Solar Water Pumping and Rural Infrastructure Market

Amrut Energy Private Limited has announced its merger with Mascot Dynamics Private Limited, marking a strategic move aimed at strengthening manufacturing scale, expanding market reach, and accelerating growth in the solar water pumping and clean energy infrastructure sector.

Following the merger, the business will operate under the name “Amrut Energy, a Division of Mascot Dynamics,” forming the Water and Solar Pumping Division within the engineering-focused Mascot Dynamics group.

The integration combines Amrut Energy’s expertise in solar-powered water pumping systems with Mascot Dynamics’ engineering and infrastructure capabilities across the oil & gas, chemical, and water sectors. The companies stated that the merger is expected to enhance operational capabilities through access to a larger capital base, manufacturing strength, and cross-divisional expertise.

According to the companies, the transaction has been structured to ensure uninterrupted continuity for customers, suppliers, channel partners, and ongoing projects.

As part of the merger, Arvind Patel will join the Board of Directors of Mascot Dynamics and assume the role of Chief Executive Officer of the Water and Solar Pumping Division. Shareholders of Amrut Energy will receive equity in Mascot Dynamics as part of the integration process.

The newly integrated division operates as a vertically integrated manufacturer with in-house production capabilities for solar panels, submersible and surface pumpsets, and MPPT pump controllers.

To date, the business has supplied more than 65,000 solar water pumps, over 150 MW of solar panels, and installed more than 11,000 tank structures. The company also maintains a network of approximately 3,000 partners and holds state-level approvals for government-backed programmes across 15 Indian states, including Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan, and Uttar Pradesh.

The division has additionally secured approvals from Gujarat’s WASMO and Tribal Development Department, supporting execution across rural and last-mile infrastructure projects.

Commenting on the merger, Arvind Patel said the integration with Mascot Dynamics would provide stronger institutional support and operational resources to accelerate sustainable growth across domestic and international markets.

The business has also expanded internationally, with deployments across Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kenya, Mozambique, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Nepal, and Australia. The companies stated that these operations are expected to support future export-led growth opportunities in regions witnessing rising demand for solar pumping systems.

According to the company, cumulative carbon emission savings from domestic and international installations currently stand at approximately 696,600 metric tonnes.

Arvind Kamath stated that the merger completes the group’s four-division structure and strengthens its position as a diversified engineering and clean energy enterprise.

He added that the company aims to leverage integrated engineering expertise, institutional relationships, and operational capabilities to address growing demand across industrial, energy, and environmental infrastructure markets in India.

The merger represents a significant strategic milestone for Mascot Dynamics as it expands its portfolio across industrial engineering, clean energy, and environmental infrastructure segments.
