Servotech Renewable Power System Ltd. has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Haryana Enterprises Promotion Centre (HEPC), Department of Industries & Commerce, Government of Haryana, to expand its manufacturing and warehousing operations in the state through a proposed investment of approximately ₹400 crore.
The MoU was signed in the presence of Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini during the launch of the ‘Make in Haryana’ Industrial Policy 2026 in Gurugram on June 1, 2026. The event also witnessed the unveiling of nine sector-specific policies aimed at strengthening Haryana’s position as a preferred destination for industrial and clean energy investments.
Under the agreement, Servotech Renewable and HEPC will collaborate to facilitate the company’s planned expansion in Haryana. The proposed investment is expected to create around 500 direct and indirect employment opportunities, supporting the state’s industrial and economic development objectives.
The investment will be implemented in phases over the next 24 to 36 months and will focus on expanding Servotech’s manufacturing capabilities across EV chargers, solar products, battery packs, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and power electronics. These sectors have been identified as priority areas under the Make in Haryana Industrial Policy 2026.
According to the company, the expansion is intended to enhance production capacity, improve operational efficiency, promote import substitution, and strengthen its ability to meet rising domestic and international demand. The company is currently evaluating potential locations within Haryana for the proposed facilities.
As part of the MoU, the Haryana Government, through HEPC, will provide facilitation support and ease-of-doing-business assistance to enable the successful execution of the investment plan.
Commenting on the development, Raman Bhatia, Managing Director of Servotech Renewable Power System Ltd., said the investment aligns with the company’s long-term strategy to expand its renewable energy manufacturing footprint and supports its target of achieving ₹1,500 crore in revenue by FY2027. He added that the partnership would contribute to Haryana’s clean energy ambitions while strengthening the company’s operational presence in the state.
