Waaree Energies Limited has secured an additional 212 MW solar module supply order from an international customer engaged in the ownership and operation of utility-scale renewable energy projects. The new order increases the company’s total order capacity from the customer to 562 MW, following an earlier 350 MW contract.
According to the company’s regulatory filing, the latest order was received on July 16, 2026, and is incremental to the previously announced order. The customer has not been identified, with Waaree describing it as a renowned international developer of utility-scale renewable power projects.
The contract covers the one-time supply of 212 MW solar modules, with deliveries scheduled during financial year 2026-27. The company stated that the additional order strengthens its existing business relationship with the international customer and further expands its overseas order book.
Waaree also confirmed that neither its promoters nor promoter group companies have any interest in the customer, and the transaction does not qualify as a related-party transaction.
