CHINT New Energy (CHINT) and PV Hardware (PVH) recently celebrated a pivotal moment with the signing of a Strategy Cooperation Agreement in Shanghai. The agreement, sealed by Mr. Martin Liu of CHINT and Mr. Carlos López of PVH, marks the beginning of an enhanced collaboration between the two organizations. Dr. Lu Chuan, President of CHINT New Energy, and Mr. Iván Higueras, CEO of Gransolar Group, were present as witnesses, emphasizing their commitment to fostering further cooperation.
The agreement signals the establishment of a long-term, comprehensive partnership aimed at leveraging the strengths and resources of both CHINT and PVH to capitalize on global market opportunities. PVH will provide solar trackers for CHINT’s solar projects, with the goal of optimizing energy yield and project revenue. In return, CHINT will support PVH with high-quality solar panels, inverters, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and High Voltage (HV) transformers for PVH’s projects, as well as offering comprehensive Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) and Operation and Maintenance (O&M) services.
Expressing his enthusiasm about the alliance, Carlos López, CRO of PVH, highlighted the opportunity for both companies to leverage each other’s expertise and drive innovation in the renewable energy industry.
PVH, a global leader in solar tracking solutions and control systems, has a proven track record with over 29GW supplied to photovoltaic plants worldwide. The company’s products are designed to withstand various terrains and extreme climates, making them adaptable to any solar project.
